Camar Aircraft Parts Company has extensive experience manufacturing complex sheet metal parts of all sizes and shapes. Many include joggles, bends, contours, lightning holes, pilot holes, hydro-forming, drop hammer die forming, etc. There is no job too small or too big.

Kits

Kits have been a consistent part of the Camar Aircraft database. Our kitting program consists of individually packaged and labeled items of both cure dated and non-cure dated material. A kit list will also accompany the shipment.

Wire Harnesses

Camar Aircraft Parts Company has been a supplier of complex wiring harnesses for several aircraft. If there is specific requirement or modification required, please feel free to forward the drawing or contact us for more information.

Hoses & Tubes

Hoses and Tubes have been an integral part of our manufacturing line. Our tube bending capabilities are extensive and limitless. We can bend tubes from as small as 3/8 to as big as 6-inch diameter. We have also been supplying hoses such as Aeroquip and Resisoflex for the past 20 years.

Overhaul & Repairs

Our Overhaul and Repair program is essential for customers in foreign countries using U.S. material. Camar will facilitate all repairs through either the O.E.M. or our sister shop which is an FAA authorized repair station. No work is ever done without prior written approval from the customer.

Assemblies

Complex assemblies are a staple in our daily manufacturing routine. We commonly have assemblies, which consist of both sheet metal and precision-machined parts. We ensure all sub-components, hardware; bearings, etc. are new and certified from reliable sources.

Composites

Composites and Fiberglass manufacturing has been a pivotal part of ever growing manufacturing capabilities. All shapes and sizes are welcome.

Camar Aircraft Parts Company is proud to say we are an all HAAS precision machine shop. We only purchase the finest CNC machines to accurately manufacture all of our aerospace material. Turning, milling, grinding and forming are specialties in our field. No job is too small or too big. Small production runs are always welcome.
